Application purpose: To streamline access to Crown Grant information

Application description: Online map application to provide access to the crown grant reference plans and crown grant document index.

Application functionality:

• Combine grant reference plans with property mapping, civic addresses, and crown grant document index data.
• Retrieve grant document index information for obtaining copies of grant documents.

Data requirements:

• Digital scans of grant reference plans
• Grant document index data
• property maps, civic address database

Data update frequency: Crown grant reference plans are no longer updated. Corrections may be made to the grant document index, update yearly
